Why Orléans in particular

Orléans expanded east through the Poly B years and straight on into the Kitec years, which makes it the part of Ottawa where identifying the pipe matters most. Convent Glen, Queenswood Heights and Chapel Hill are largely 1970s to early 1990s; Fallingbrook and Chateauneuf came later; Avalon is newer again. 2. Email your insurance broker and ask, in writing, whether the policy limits water-damage coverage because of the supply piping and what changes if you replace it.
3. Get the scope described in writing, and check whether drywall repair is in or out of the price.
