We answer within a business day or two. We are a small operation, not a call centre.

If you are a plumbing contractor

We work with a small number of companies per area so that referrals are worth having rather than split ten ways. If you do whole-home Poly B and Kitec replacement in the Ottawa area, hold an Ontario licence with liability and WSIB coverage, and can call a homeowner back the same day, email us with your company name, service area and licence details.

What we cannot help with

Emergencies. If a pipe has failed and water is running, shut off the main valve and call a plumber directly or your insurer’s emergency line. We are a referral service and we are not staffed for same-hour response.
